病歴の長いおじさんです。
はじめまして、うつ病になって２０年になる成田空港の近くに住むおじさんです。病歴も長くなると相談相手がだんだん少なくなりこの会にメールしました。３年前両親の介護が終わり社会復帰を目指そうとしたところ、隣の空き地がパキスタン人とフィリピン人夫婦が家を建ててしまいました。思った通り生活習慣の違いからトラブル続きです。今日もゴミの出し方でいさかいがあり警察を呼ぶ羽目になりました。「大変ですねー」と警察の方から言われたのが救いです。隣はまだ立てたばかりなのでローン破産でもしたない限り何十年も付き合うことになり頭が痛いです。これが勤めているころならすぐに引っ越すのですが、親戚がほとんど山形にいるためなかなか進展しません。
そのせいで最近は睡眠薬を飲んでも１〜３時ごろまで眠れません。皆さんは外国人（外人と呼ぶと怒る）で迷惑されたことはありますか。

初めまして。副管理人のElder Mopeと申します。レスが遅れて大変申し訳ありません。
推察すればお気持ちは分からないでもありません。
しかし、私の過程ではまったく事情が違います。私の隣も外国人の方が住んでいらっしゃいます。彼らはとても親切で、私たちがうつで動けない時など、食べ物を色々と持ってきてくれたり、気遣ってくれます。
たしかに、ゴミの出し方は国によって違うらしく、最初は戸惑われたようですが、お教えするときちんと出していらっしゃいます。その他のトラブルは全くなく、返ってお世話になっているのが現状です。
従って「外国人」がどうのこうのではなく、その人の人間性の問題ではないかと考えさせられました。日本人もずいぶんひどい人がたくさんいて、同じ日本人である私や私の家族も深刻なトラブルに巻き込まれたこともありますし。
なお、このサイトは躁うつ病専用サイトで、相談掲示板も躁うつ病関連中心にお願いしていますので、今後ともよろしくお願いします。
